Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below is our shipping policy:
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-7 business days
All rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All Seasons Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- All Seasons Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, item arrived damaged).
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
