Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below is our shipping policy:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All Seasons Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

All Seasons Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, item arrived damaged).
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
